What do I need/want and can I afford it?
These are the thoughts that go through the minds of
most people getting ready to purchase. What we
like to do is sit down with our clients before their
start to look for a house to determine what they can
afford for a mortgage payment.
Your credit
history, employment history, and monthly income, are
only some of the factors involved in determining
your options. by getting the whole picture
before hand, we are able to insure that you don't
try to purchase a house that you will not qualify
for or one you cannot afford.
REFINANCE
The first question we ask when discussing a
refinance with a client is
- What are your goals?
- Are you trying to lower your mortgage
payments?
- Are you trying to pay your house off sooner?
- Are you trying to consolidate debt to lower
your monthly budget?
- Are you trying to use the equity in your home
for another purpose?
- What do you want to accomplish by doing this?
Once we determine your goals, we work to find the
program that best meets your needs. We will
not try to put you into a loan that is not cost
effective or does not meet your needs.
